My Getaways has been recognised for its innovation in creating bespoke technology to enhance guest experience stays in Brighton and Sussex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leisure and business traveller guest app<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our native guest app was developed during the Covid pandemic in 2020 with the aim to offer peace of mind to leisure and business travellers staying in short-term rental accommodation offered on the My Getaways portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The app streamlines the experience through pre-stay, during and post-stay with a selection of tools that allow a completely contactless stay. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

From self-check-in and dynamic smart code locks to accommodation and destination details, videos and directions. You can even extend your stay at the click of a button! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The app is connected to our team 24\/7, so although guests don\u2019t have to come into direct contact with our team if they prefer not to, our mobile concierge functionality means they have us to hand if they need anything during their stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The app is fully functional and available to all guests on Android and Apple IOS systems. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Welcoming over 15,000 guests to Brighton & East Sussex<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After the success of the rollout in 2020, My Getaways welcomed over 15,000 guests during 2021 who stayed over 10,000 nights in Brighton and East Sussex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Founder and Managing Director, Steve Taggert, is thrilled to be nominated for this prestigious award: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOur commitment doesn\u2019t stop at creating happy guest experiences, we are dedicated to raising professional standards in the local short-term lets industry and in playing a part in the development of Sussex\u2019s tourism economy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our 2021 bookings alone generated over \u00a315 million in guest spending on concepts, such as dining out, attractions and tours, and food and leisure shopping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About the FSB Small Business Awards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Powered by the Federation of Small Business, the awards are the largest event of its kind in the small business calendar and the winners from each category will enter into the UK final, which takes place in Glasgow on the 19th of May 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Business and Product Innovation Awards recognises businesses that have developed bold, new business models and products which offer a ground-breaking product or service or use a new approach to improve or disrupt a traditional market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
