Every time a guest books your property, our automated platform sends you an email confirmation. This notification includes all the details you need to understand the financial breakdown at a glance:
- Guest Booking Details: Arrival and departure dates, plus any special requests.
- Financial Summary: Clear cost breakdown, showing our commission, your housekeeping contribution, and VAT.
By receiving these immediate updates, you’ll always know exactly when and why money is coming your way.
Timely Payments Every Month
To maintain a predictable cash flow, we pay you once per month for all completed bookings from the previous month. Here’s how it works:
- Monthly Payments: On the 10th of each month, you’ll receive payment for all stays that checked out in the month before. For instance, if a guest checks out on August 20th, you’ll receive that payment on or before September 10th.
- Long-Term Stays: If you happen to have guests staying longer than one month, we’ll pay you pro-rata each month, ensuring you’re never left waiting too long for your earnings.

To give you even more control and insight, we provide a secure landlord login area. With this tool at your fingertips, you can:
- Track Bookings in Real Time: View all past, current, and future reservations.
