- Winnie the Pooh Centenary (14th Feburary – May 2025) – Ashdown Forest in Sussex is the namesake for Hundred Acre Wood in the beloved series which is celebrating its centenary this year. There are a range of events including an expedition at Nyman’s. Book a stay nearby at the gorgeous Churchill Country Retreat and make a trip of exploring the story.
- Brighton Tattoo Convention (28th Feb to 1st Mar): With over 300 artists, suppliers and vendors attending, it’s a great event for anyone with even the slightest interest in tattoo artistry.
- Football vs London teams (March 4th): Upcoming next is a big match with Arsenal coming down to Brighton with kickoff at 8:30. Outside of London teams coming down, don’t forget Liverpool will be visiting on 21st March too which should be a big one worth joining for!
- Brighton Half Marathon (March 1st): While general entry tickets are full, there are various charity supporting options still available, along with the wheelchair race! Whether you’re competing or not though, be sure to check out our range of holiday homes near the start/finish line.

- Valentine’s Day: (14th February) – Take your special one out for a romantic weekend by the sea. We would 100% recommend staying in one of our properties near the Lanes for the best romantic restaurants. Also, we love Riddle & Inn’s which is a champagne and oyster bar, for a real treat to wow them.
- Brighton 10k Marina Run (7th Feb) – Another event for the sporty amongst us, coming up this Sunday all along the wall. There is still time to register (at time of writing!) but if you’re coming along check out our range of properties by the Marina.
