- Suede @ the Brighton Centre (Sat 21st Feburary) – Britpop is back! Well, it never went away, really. 90s superstars Suede are playing at the Brighton Centre to celebrate their latest (10th!) album. Make a weekend of it with tickets here
- Friend Fest (6-7th March): The pre-eminent “DIY” punk festival brings over 20 punk bands over to Daltons in Brighton. All ages welcome, and sometimes there is a warm-up show on the Friday before. It’s right next to the pier so check out our holiday homes near to Brighton pier for a cracking weekend.
- Big Jive All Dayer (28th February): Worthing is hosting an 11-hour festival of swing, jive and rock ‘n’ roll. Oh, and the night too. Held in the beautiful Worthing Assembly Hall.
- Football vs London teams (March 4th): Upcoming next is a big match with Arsenal coming down to Brighton with kickoff at 8:30. Outside of London teams coming down, don’t forget Liverpool will be visiting on 21st March too which should be a big one worth joining for!
- Brighton Festival 2026 (1-25th May, pre-sale this week): Might seem a bit early, but if you register as a member here you can be part of the pre-sale which happens this Thursday; general sale at the end of the month. One of Brighton’s biggest events so book your tickets and holiday home for the Brighton Festival now for the best experience!
- The Great Escape Festival: (13-16th May 2026) – Again, forward planning needed for Brighton’s biggest new music festival. Most tickets are sold out but at the time of writing, the 4day saver ticket is still available which is perfect for a stay (with us!)
- South Downs Dark Skies Festival (12th to 22nd February) – Celebrating 10 years of the South Downs National Park being delegated an International Dark Sky Reserve, the perfect trip for astronomy lovers to discover more about the stars above us.
- Top Hat: The Musical (21st Feb) – Over in Eastbourne, just a short trip away from Brighton, this beautiful show is based on the 1935 film and so Irving Berlin’s music.
