Great location, close to the station, easy to access Brighton, area is buzzing. offers a cozy yet modern space in the heart of Brighton, ideal for couples or solo travellers on work trips or weekend getaways. With the beach, The Lanes, and vibrant nightlife all within walking distance, this apartment provides the ultimate city break location. The open-plan layout features a well-equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer, oven, hob, fridge, and all essential cookware. The lounge includes a Smart TV and a sofa that converts into a bed, sleeping up to 4 guests in total. The main bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, storage, and plenty of natural light.

Whether you're in town for work or leisure, this apartment offers a relaxing base to return to after your Brighton adventures.

KITCHEN / LIVING AREA

The kitchen and dining area is beautifully presented with natural light and all the essentials to feel right at home. Cook up meals with ease using the modern appliances, including a gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher, plus cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery provided. The wooden dining table seats up to 5 guests and leads into a sunken living room furnished with comfortable seating, and large sliding doors that open out onto the garden – a perfect space for entertaining, relaxing or catching up on your favourite shows. There is a separate TV room equipped with a Smart TV (log in to your Netflix or Amazon Prime)

BATHROOM

  • Bathroom 1 is ensuite and has a shower, sink, mirror and toilet.
  • Bathroom 2 has a bath with a shower, sink, mirror and toilet.
  • Bathroom 3 has a shower, toilet and sink.
  • We provide bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.

BEDROOMS
There are three bedrooms with different sleeping options, and fresh bed linen is provided for all beds.

  • Bedroom 1, King bed, sleeps 2
  • Bedroom 2, King bed, sleeps 2
  • Bedroom 3, Single bed, ideal for a child or solo guest

IN ADDITION

  • There is an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer for guests to use
  • Late check-out fee - £ 50+vat per half hour unless a late check-out has been agreed upon in advance
  • Travel Cot or High Chair fee £50.00 - only on request
  • Not returning keys to key safe/Keynest £ 200+vat
  • There are two steps into the apartment. This accommodation may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility.

We had a fantastic stay at Terminus Nest. The location couldn't be better—a few steps from Brighton Station, which made arriving and getting around the city super convenient. Once inside, we were impressed by how modern and well-kept everything was. The apartment was clean, bright, and felt like a peaceful escape in the middle of the city buzz.

House rules

We want you to enjoy your stay with us, and to make sure that you do and for the sake of other residents, we ask you to respect the house rules:

  1. No smoking inside the property. If you wish to smoke, please use the patio and clean up any debris caused by smoking
  2. Noise - In consideration of our neighbours, noise MUST be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. This includes no loud music or parties. In case of a security call out due to noise disruption, this fee will be deducted from your deposit. We are not the anti-fun police, but we want you to have a great trip and our neighbours to have a good night's sleep
  3. No pets
  4. Please note check out is by 11am. We do ask that you respect the check-out time as it affects our ability to prepare the apartment for the next set of guests (£50 penalty charge per hour)
  5. When you are ready to vacate the property please wash up, bag and bin your rubbish. thank you
  6. This property should only be booked by a lead guest who is over the age of 21, we do not accept bookings from groups of people under this age. If in doubt please contact us before booking

Failure to adhere to any of these house rules will result in deductions being made from your deposit to cover any additional costs for cleaning and damage caused.

Damages deposit

My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £50.00, which covers you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.

Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £500.00, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit of £500.00 on the day before check-in. Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
