The living area has a ton of natural daylight pouring in, and the fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. You’ll find a sociable and comfortable living area with a Smart TV to relax and watch a movie on the TV.

There are two bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely loved our stay at Seadowns House!

The property is beautifully presented, bright, and spacious — perfect for our family getaway. With three comfortable double bedrooms and two en-suites, everyone had their own space, which made the stay extra relaxing. The location in Peacehaven is peaceful and just a short walk from the stunning coastal cliffs, which were ideal for our morning walks. The kitchen had everything we needed for home-cooked meals, and the garden and patio were such a bonus for evenings. Only 15 minutes from Brighton, we had the best of both worlds — peace with the city close by. Highly recommend this gem of a home for anyone wanting comfort, style, and a great location. We’ll be back!

House Rules – Making Your Stay (and Everyone Else’s) Enjoyable

We want you to have a brilliant stay with us! To help make that happen – and out of respect for our neighbours and the property – we kindly ask that you follow these simple house rules:

  • Smoking

Smoking or vaping isn't allowed indoors. If you’d like to smoke, please use the outdoor patio (if available) and kindly dispose of any cigarette ends or related debris responsibly.

  • Noise

To keep things peaceful for our neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. That means no loud music or parties during these hours.
We’re not the anti-fun police – we want you to have a great time – we just ask for a bit of consideration so everyone can enjoy their evening (and a good night’s sleep!).
Please note: If there’s a call-out due to excessive noise, the cost will be deducted from your deposit.

  • Pets - this property is not pet-friendly
  • Check-Out Time - Check-out is by 11 am. We kindly ask that you leave on time so we can get everything ready for the next guests. Late check-outs may incur a £50 per hour fee.
  • Before You Leave - Before heading off, we’d appreciate it if you could:
  • Do any washing up
  • Bag up your rubbish and place it in the appropriate bins
  • Return keys to the key safe
  • Switch off all lights
  • Make sure all windows are closed
  • Turn down the heating (especially during the winter months)

Not only does this help us prepare for the next guests, but it also helps us do our bit for the environment by saving energy and reducing waste. Every little bit counts – thank you!

  • Age Policy

The lead guest must be 21 or over. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept bookings from groups where the majority of guests are under this age. If you’re unsure, just get in touch with us before booking.

  • A Quick Note on Deposits

If any house rules aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!

Damages deposit

My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £50.00, which covers you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.

Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £500.00, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit of £500.00 on the day before check-in. Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
