The ground floor features a modern bathroom, while the lower ground houses the spacious living area and two comfortable bedrooms. Designed with a warm, rustic feel and plenty of character, this 2-bedroom apartment is perfect for families, friends, or professionals looking for a stylish yet homely base in Brighton. The apartment is set in an ideal location just moments from the Lanes with its walking streets, cafes, restaurants, cinemas and pubs - you'll be set for both great shopping and nightlife. The spacious, bright living room includes a double sofa bed and Smart TV, to stream your favourite shows and movies from platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime.

The living room is positioned at the front of the property, with bedrooms located at the rear for added privacy. The bathroom sits conveniently on the ground-floor landing, just inside the entrance. Bright and welcoming, this apartment offers spacious living areas in a central location—perfect for couples, professionals, or families looking for a comfortable city escape.
KITCHEN / LIVING AREA
The open plan living/kitchen area has a spacious open feel to it with a fully equipped kitchen and modern amenities like an oven, microwave, kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to two guests. You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and sofa, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV by streaming your favourite channels with the free wifi.
BATHROOM
- The bathroom has a shower over the bath, sink, mirror and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mat.
BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.

Rules
House Rules – Making Your Stay (and Everyone Else’s) Enjoyable
We want you to have a brilliant stay with us! To help make that happen – and out of respect for our neighbours and the property – we kindly ask that you follow these simple house rules:
- Smoking
Smoking or vaping isn't allowed indoors. If you’d like to smoke, please use the outdoor patio (if available) and kindly dispose of any cigarette ends or related debris responsibly.
- Noise
To keep things peaceful for our neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. That means no loud music or parties during these hours.
We’re not the anti-fun police – we want you to have a great time – we just ask for a bit of consideration so everyone can enjoy their evening (and a good night’s sleep!).
Please note: If there’s a call-out due to excessive noise, the cost will be deducted from your deposit.
- Pets - This property is not pet-friendly. No Pets are allowed.
- Check-Out Time - Check-out is by 11 am. We kindly ask that you leave on time so we can get everything ready for the next guests. Late check-outs may incur a £50 per hour fee.
- Before You Leave - Before heading off, we’d appreciate it if you could:
- Do any washing up
- Bag up your rubbish and place it in the appropriate bins
- Return keys to the key safe
- Switch off all lights
- Make sure all windows are closed
- Turn down the heating (especially during the winter months)

- Age Policy
The lead guest must be 21 or over. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept bookings from groups where the majority of guests are under this age. If you’re unsure, just get in touch with us before booking.
- A Quick Note on Deposits
If any house rules aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!

My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £30.00, which covers you for up to £300.00 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.
Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £300.00, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit of £300.00 on the day before check-in. Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
