BEDROOM / LIVING AREA

The open-plan living and bedroom space features a comfy king-size bed and a Smart TV with free WIFI so you can stream all your favourite platforms. A handy kitchenette comes equipped with a kettle, microwave, cookware, glassware, crockery, and cutlery, making it easy to prepare or heat simple meals. We’ve also provided complimentary tea, coffee, salt, and pepper—so please feel free to help yourself. Also in the apartment is a café table with two chairs, which offers the flexibility of an office space, or a lovely spot for breakfast while planning your day’s adventures.

BATHROOM
The highlight of this unique studio is the boutique-style bathroom, featuring a freestanding roll-top bath, sleek walk-in shower, bespoke vanity basin, and rustic touches like exposed wood and tiled flooring. We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.

Blending comfort, convenience, and indulgence, Grafton Suite is ideal for couples or solo travellers seeking a relaxed Brighton getaway.

Such a fab spot right by the beach, really lovely stay in a quieter and more peaceful part of the area. Beach access was incredible, and the property was only a short walk along the beach to the centre. The property itself is as described and extremely spacious. Would stay here again! A perfect Brighton base!

House Rules – Making Your Stay (and Everyone Else’s) Enjoyable

We want you to have a brilliant stay with us! To help make that happen – and out of respect for our neighbours and the property – we kindly ask that you follow these simple house rules:

  • Smoking

Smoking or vaping isn't allowed indoors. If you’d like to smoke, please use the outdoor patio (if available) and kindly dispose of any cigarette ends or related debris responsibly.

  • Noise

To keep things peaceful for our neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. That means no loud music or parties during these hours.
We’re not the anti-fun police – we want you to have a great time – we just ask for a bit of consideration so everyone can enjoy their evening (and a good night’s sleep!).
Please note: If there’s a call-out due to excessive noise, the cost will be deducted from your deposit.

  • Pets - This is not a pet-friendly property. No Pets are allowed.
  • Check-Out Time - Check-out is by 11 am. We kindly ask that you leave on time so we can get everything ready for the next guests. Late check-outs may incur a £50 per hour fee.
  • Before You Leave - Before heading off, we’d appreciate it if you could:
  • Do any washing up
  • Bag up your rubbish and place it in the appropriate bins
  • Return keys to the key safe
  • Switch off all lights
  • Make sure all windows are closed
  • Turn down the heating (especially during the winter months)

Not only does this help us prepare for the next guests, but it also helps us do our bit for the environment by saving energy and reducing waste. Every little bit counts – thank you!

  • Age Policy

The lead guest must be 21 or over. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept bookings from groups where the majority of guests are under this age. If you’re unsure, just get in touch with us before booking.

  • A Quick Note on Deposits

If any house rules aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!

Damages deposit

My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £30.00, which covers you for up to £300.00 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.

Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £300.00, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit of £300.00 on the day before check-in. Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
