Welcome to Hove Sunrise – your perfect top-floor retreat by the sea. This spacious 2-bedroom apartment accommodates up to 6 guests, making it ideal for small groups or families looking for a stylish yet homely base in Hove. The apartment is filled with natural light from both a sunrise and a sunset and has been thoughtfully styled with a modern coastal touch. Relax in the bright living area, complete with a Smart TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi for streaming your favourite shows on Netflix or Prime. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern amenities, washing machine, microwave – perfect for preparing group meals. There are two comfortable bedrooms and one bathroom, plus a double sofa bed in the living area to accommodate extra guests.

Just a short stroll from Hove Beach and the vibrant cafes and shops, this is the ideal spot to enjoy coastal walks, beach days, and easy trips into Brighton.

KITCHEN / LIVING AREA
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, cookware, crockery, and complimentary tea, coffee, salt, and pepper – so please help yourself! There are two comfortable bedrooms with hotel-quality linens, plus a double sofa bed in the living area to accommodate extra guests.

BATHROOM
- The bathroom has a bath-shower, sink, mirror and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.

• Sofa Bed in the lounge, not yet made up as a bed, so you can enjoy the space - linen is provided

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

• The apartment is on the top floor, 35 steps up to the flat, and is not suitable for guests with mobility disabilities.
• Parking: Paid on-street parking is available locally.

The perfect bright and cosy apartment near the beach in Hove. Its modern amenities and central location made it easy to explore Hove and a short drive to Brighton.

House Rules – Making Your Stay (and Everyone Else’s) Enjoyable

We want you to have a brilliant stay with us! To help make that happen – and out of respect for our neighbours and the property – we kindly ask that you follow these simple house rules:

• Smoking

Smoking or vaping isn't allowed indoors. If you’d like to smoke, please use the outdoor patio (if available) and kindly dispose of any cigarette ends or related debris responsibly.

• Noise

To keep things peaceful for our neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. That means no loud music or parties during these hours.
We’re not the anti-fun police – we want you to have a great time – we just ask for a bit of consideration so everyone can enjoy their evening (and a good night’s sleep!).
Please note: If there’s a call-out due to excessive noise, the cost will be deducted from your deposit.

• Pets - This is not a pet-friendly property. No Pets are allowed.

• Check-Out Time - Check-out is by 11 am. We kindly ask that you leave on time so we can get everything ready for the next guests. Late check-outs may incur a £50 per hour fee.

• Before You Leave - Before heading off, we’d appreciate it if you could:
• Do any washing up
• Bag up your rubbish and place it in the appropriate bins
• Return keys to the key safe
• Switch off all lights
• Make sure all windows are closed
• Turn down the heating (especially during the winter months)

Not only does this help us prepare for the next guests, but it also helps us do our bit for the environment by saving energy and reducing waste. Every little bit counts – thank you!

• Age Policy

The lead guest must be 21 or over. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept bookings from groups where the majority of guests are under this age. If you’re unsure, just get in touch with us before booking.

• A Quick Note on Deposits

If any house rules aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!
