KITCHEN / LIVING AREA
Set across two floors and offering approximately 128 sqm of living space. The ground floor features a bright living room, a separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for longer stays and self-catering. The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee machine (bring your own pods), washing machine, oven, kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this,s we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and double sofa, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.
BATHROOM
- Ground Floor Bathroom has a steam shower, sink, mirror and toilet.
- Bathroom 2 (en-Suite to bedroom 2) features a shower, bath, mirror, and toilet.
- We provide a generous supply of bath towels, hand towels, and bath mats.
BEDROOMS
- Bedroom 1, (Downstairs wheelchair access) Double Bed, sleeps 2
- Bedroom 2, King-size bed, sleeps 2 (ensuite upstairs)
- Bedroom 3, Double bed (upstairs, smaller room) sleeps 2
- There is a double sofa bed in the living area, which sleeps 2
- In addition, there are two Ikea single fold-away beds to use in any of the rooms, not yet made up as a bed, so that you can enjoy the space - linen is provided (sofa bed linen kept in bedroom 1 cupboard)
- Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.
The ground floor is all on the same level and includes a double bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in steam shower, allowing guests to stay comfortably without needing to use the stairs.
PRIVATE PATIO
Outside, guests can enjoy a private rear garden, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach, while the front of the property offers off-street parking for up to four cars, a real bonus for coastal stays.

The house is spacious, spotless, and really comfortable for our family of six, with plenty of room for everyone. The lower ground layout made it really easy for my dad, who can't walk far, to be part of the holiday, and the steam shower was an absolute bonus. The location is brilliant too — just a short walk to Lancing Beach and easy access to Worthing and Brighton. Everything we needed was on hand, from parking for our cars to a fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals together. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a relaxed seaside stay!

Our Guest Promise

We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!
Check-In

We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.
Damage Deposit

We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.
Smoking

To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.
Noise

To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!)

Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.

Pets

This Property is pet-friendly. An additional £95 after pet stay, hypoallergenic cleaning fee applies per stay. Please notify us in advance what type of pet you are travelling with, so arrangements can be made. Max of two Pets allowed.
Check-Out

Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee.

The lead guest must be 21 or over. We cannot accept bookings where the majority of guests are under this age. If unsure, please contact us before booking please.
A Quick Note on Deposits and Property Care

If any of the above guidelines aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!

My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £50.00, which covers you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.
Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £500.00, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit of £500.00 on the day before check-in. Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
