As soon as you enter this Brighton grand regency terrace building and into this fourth floor apartment you will be surrounded by the feeling of luxury. With its soft industrial loft theme, this apartment is Urban Chic at its best.

This property can sleep 2 to 6 guests in 6 separate beds.

Bedroom 1 can sleep up to 4 people in 4 beds. The room has one large queen size zip and link bed than can be made up as two singles and a further triple bunk full size double lower and single upper.

Bedroom 2 has a queen size zip and link bed than can be made up as two singles.

Kitchen / Dining Area

The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is great for nights in with friends. The area is fully-equipped with a high spec kitchen, uber cool bench style dining table, flat screen TV, 3 seater sofa and bean bags for lounging around in whilst watching TV or just checking out the city rooftop views.

We hope you enjoy your stay at our apartment, however this is a residential building and therefore we ask you to please respect our neighbours and our apartment by observing the following house rules:

1. No smoking inside the property.

2. No music or loud TV after 10pm & before 8am.

3. No outdoor shoes to be worn inside.

4. No pets

5. Please note check out is by 11am unless arranged in advance. We do ask that you respect the check-out time as it affects our ability to prepare the apartment for the next set of guests. You agree to being charged a late check out fee, if you are not vacated by this time.

Damages deposit

My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £20.00, which covers you for up to £200.00 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.

Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £200.00, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit of £200.00 on the day before check-in. Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
