KITCHEN / LIVING AREA
The open-plan living area has vibrant colours and textures to make the space feel homely and inviting, with a fully equipped kitchen that has a washing machine, dishwasher, Induction hob and oven, kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 6 guests. You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and a corner sofa, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.

BATHROOM

  • Bathroom 1 - Ensuite to bedroom 1: shower, basin, toilet and mirror
  • Bathroom 2 - offers you a shower over bath, basin, toilet and mirror
  • We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms with plenty of fresh bed linen provided for all beds and a hairdryer in both rooms. Guests can request a travel cot and high chair for the little ones.

OUTDOOR PATIO ENTERTAINMENT AREA

Kindly note the terrace is a no-smoking area, and even in cooler months, it remains warm and sunny.

  • Late check-out fee - £50+VAT per half hour unless a late check-out has been agreed upon in advance
  • Travel Cot or High Chair fee £50.00 - only on request.
  • Not returning keys to key safe £200+VAT
  • Pet-Friendly on Request – small, well-behaved pets are welcome to join the seaside adventure. A £95 pet cleaning fee applies per stay.
  • This accommodation has stairs and may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility. There are 36 stairs to the front door.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful stay at Pebbles Reach!

The apartment is bright, spacious, and beautifully decorated with vibrant touches that make it feel both stylish and homely. The open-plan living area was perfect for relaxing together, and the fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed for family meals. Both bedrooms were comfortable with fresh linens, and having two bathrooms was such a bonus. The private terrace was a highlight – we loved enjoying drinks in the evening and even made use of the bar setup, which gave our stay a special holiday vibe. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the beach, Brighton Pier, and The Lanes, with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Check-in was smooth, the apartment was spotlessly clean, and we really appreciated that it’s pet-friendly too. We couldn’t have asked for a better base in Brighton and can’t wait to return!

House Rules – Making Your Stay (and Everyone Else’s) Enjoyable

We want you to have a brilliant stay with us! To help make that happen – and out of respect for our neighbours and the property – we kindly ask that you follow these simple house rules:

  • Smoking

Smoking or vaping isn't allowed indoors. If you’d like to smoke, please use the outdoor patio (if available) and kindly dispose of any cigarette ends or related debris responsibly.

  • Noise

To keep things peaceful for our neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. That means no loud music or parties during these hours.
We’re not the anti-fun police – we want you to have a great time – we just ask for a bit of consideration so everyone can enjoy their evening (and a good night’s sleep!).
Please note: If there’s a call-out due to excessive noise, the cost will be deducted from your deposit.

  • Pets Allowed- Guests who travel with a pet are required to pay a £95 pet cleaning fee per stay. If you are travelling with one, please let us know in advance so we can guide you through this process.
  • Check-Out Time - Check-out is by 11 am. We kindly ask that you leave on time so we can get everything ready for the next guests. Late check-outs may incur a £50 per hour fee.
  • Before You Leave - Before heading off, we’d appreciate it if you could:
  • Do any washing up
  • Bag up your rubbish and place it in the appropriate bins
  • Return keys to the key safe
  • Switch off all lights
  • Make sure all windows are closed
  • Turn down the heating (especially during the winter months)

Not only does this help us prepare for the next guests, but it also helps us do our bit for the environment by saving energy and reducing waste. Every little bit counts – thank you!

  • Age Policy

The lead guest must be 21 or over. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept bookings from groups where the majority of guests are under this age. If you’re unsure, just get in touch with us before booking.

  • A Quick Note on Deposits

If any house rules aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!

Damages deposit

My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £30.00, which covers you for up to £300.00 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.

Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £300.00, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit of £300.00 on the day before check-in. Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
