Bright apartment with spacious living areas and central location, this is the perfect place for couples, professionals or for a family to get away.


KITCHEN / LIVING AREA
The living area has a tonne of natural daylight pouring in and the fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, oven, kettle plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 6 guests. You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and double sofa bed not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.

BATHROOM
- The bathroom has a shower over the bath, sink, mirror and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mat.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.

  • Bedroom 1, double bed, sleeps 2
  • Bedroom 2, zip and link beds, set up as a 2 singles but can made into a double on request, sleeps 2
  • Bedroom 3, King size, sleeps 2
  • Sofa Bed in the lounge, not yet made up as a bed, so you can enjoy the space - linen is provided

  • There is an iron, ironing board and hairdryer for guests to use
  • Late check-out fee - £50+VAT per half hour unless a late check-out has been agreed upon in advance
  • Travel Cot or High Chair fee £50.00 - only on request.
  • Not returning keys to key safe/Keynest £200+VAT
  • A £95 pet fee applies per stay. Please notify us in advance, as not all properties allow pets and some properties allow on request.
  • This accommodation has stairs and may not be suitable for those guests with disabilities or limited mobility.

House rules

House Rules – Making Your Stay (and Everyone Else’s) Enjoyable

We want you to have a brilliant stay with us! To help make that happen – and out of respect for our neighbours and the property – we kindly ask that you follow these simple house rules:

  • Smoking

Smoking or vaping isn't allowed indoors. If you’d like to smoke, please use the outdoor patio (if available) and kindly dispose of any cigarette ends or related debris responsibly.

  • Noise

To keep things peaceful for our neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am. That means no loud music or parties during these hours.
We’re not the anti-fun police – we want you to have a great time – we just ask for a bit of consideration so everyone can enjoy their evening (and a good night’s sleep!).
Please note: If there’s a call-out due to excessive noise, the cost will be deducted from your deposit.

  • Pets - A £95 pet fee applies per stay. Some properties may not accept pets, so please let us know in advance if you're planning to bring one along.
  • Check-Out Time - Check-out is by 11am. We kindly ask that you leave on time so we can get everything ready for the next guests. Late check-outs may incur a £50 per hour fee.
  • Before You Leave - Before heading off, we’d really appreciate it if you could:
  • Do any washing up
  • Bag up your rubbish and place it in the appropriate bins
  • Return keys to the key safe
  • Switch off all lights
  • Make sure all windows are closed
  • Turn down the heating (especially during the winter months)

Not only does this help us prepare for the next guests, but it also helps us do our bit for the environment by saving energy and reducing waste. Every little bit counts – thank you!

  • Age Policy

The lead guest must be 18 or over. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept bookings from groups where the majority of guests are under this age. If you’re unsure, just get in touch with us before booking.

  • A Quick Note on Deposits

If any house rules aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We really hope that’s never necessary!

Damages deposit

My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £0.10, which covers you for up to £1.00 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.

Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £1.00, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit of £1.00 on the day before check-in. Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
