Exciting News! From 19th March for 16 weeks, the entrance to West Jetty is being upgraded to make it even better for the future! During this time, a temporary entrance and exit will be in place, ensuring easy access to the jetty and your accommodation. The great news is that any works are happening at a distance from the property, so we expect minimal disruption to your stay. You'll still be able to enjoy everything this fantastic location has to offer!

• There is an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer for guests to use
• Late check-out fee £ 50+vat per half hour unless a late check-out has been agreed in advance
• Travel Cot or High Chair fee £50.00 - only on request
• Failure to return keys to the key safe on check out - £ 200+vat
• A £95 pet fee applies per stay. Please notify us in advance, as not all properties allow pets.

We hope you enjoy your stay at our house, however, this is a residential building, and therefor,e we ask you to please respect our neighbours and our house by observing the following house rules:

No smoking inside the property, If you wish to smoke, please go outside onto the boardwalk. Any additional cleaning charges caused by smoking in the property will be deducted from your deposit.No music or loud TV after 10pm & before 8am.

1. No outdoor shoes to be worn inside.
2. No pets
3. Check out time is 11 am latest, please ensure you have vacated by this time.
4. No use of glitter, confetti or spray tanning in the property, please. Additional cleaning costs will be deducted from your deposit to cover extra cleaning costs if we find evidence of use.
5. When you are ready to vacate the apartment, please wash up, bag and bin your rubbish and take it with you for disposal.
6. As respect to our neighbours, the patio area is out of bounds between 10pm and 8am. If you use the patio during these times, you will forfeit your security deposit in full.
7. This property should only be booked by a lead guest who is over the age of 21, we do not accept bookings from groups of people under this age. If in doubt please contact us before booking.
8. No BBQ's

Failure to adhere to any of these house rules will result in deductions being made from your deposit to cover any additional costs for cleaning and damage caused.
