For your convenience, the home is equipped with a smart TV for streaming your favourite shows on Netflix or Amazon Prime, as well as a washing and separate drying machine in the utility room and a fully separate fitted kitchen and dining area with seating for up to 8 guests. Ideally situated in Brighton’s vibrant city centre, you’re just a short walk from the beach and Brighton Centre. With a range of fantastic restaurants, shopping, a cinema, and the cool and quirky Couldron pub next door, iconic attractions such as Palace Pier, The Lanes, and the Royal Pavilion are also within easy reach – offering the perfect blend of relaxation and urban excitement.

For your convenience, the home is equipped with a smart TV for streaming your favourite shows on Netflix or Amazon Prime, as well as a washing and separate drying machine in the utility room and a fully separate fitted kitchen and dining area with seating for up to 8 guests. Ideally situated in Brighton’s vibrant city centre, you’re just a short walk from the beach and Brighton Centre. With a range of fantastic restaurants, shopping, a cinema, and the cool and quirky Couldron pub next door, iconic attractions such as Palace Pier, The Lanes, and the Royal Pavilion are also within easy reach – offering the perfect blend of relaxation and urban excitement.

Please note: Minor exterior maintenance has recently been completed on the building, and while the scaffolding is still in place, it's due to be removed shortly. This won’t affect your stay or the views from the property.

Step into our bright and spacious living area where natural daylight fills every corner, complete with a double sofa bed, seating and a Smart TV, making it a breeze to stream your favourite shows on your Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA

The fully equipped kitchen features a dining table that comfortably seats eight, along with an oven, hob, fridge, kettle, and microwave, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery, and cutlery – perfect for whipping up a delicious brunch or lunch. To get your stay off to a flying start, we provide a few complimentary essentials – tea, coffee, salt, and pepper – ready and waiting for you.

  • Family Bathroom: Shower over the bath, sink, mirror and toilet.

BEDROOMS
There are three bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds.

  • Bedroom 1 - double bed
  • Bedroom 2 - zip and link beds set up as 2 singles but can be made into a kingsize double on request, sleeps 2 with en suite
  • Bedroom 3, Bunk beds
  • Double Sofa Bed in the living room
  • Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds

IN ADDITION

  • There is an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer for guests to use
  • Late check-out fee - £ 50+vat per half hour unless a late check-out has been agreed upon in advance
  • Travel Cot or High Chair fee £50.00 - only on request
  • Not returning keys to key safe/Keynest £ 200+vat
  • A £95 pet fee applies per stay. Please notify us in advance, as not all properties allow pets, and only some properties allow pets on request.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Brighton Townhouse!

We loved our stay in this townhouse, it's close to everything you need to see in Brighton. We were 6 friends sharing the apartment was comfortable and spacious. We never used the sofa bed, but it looked really comfortable. As a group travelling together,r we couldn't have asked for anything more, the amenities and house was great! With the station close by, we didn't need to pay for parking as we caught the train in from London, simple and easy to find the house with the directions provided through the app - a great source of information. We had a small maintenance issue on night one, the support team quickly attended and it was resolved in no time. Thanks for everything, we will return and highly recommend the property.

House rules

We really want you to enjoy your stay with us and in order to make sure that you do and for the sake of other residents, we ask you to respect the house rules:

  1. No smoking inside the property, If you wish to smoke, please use the patio and clean up any debris that is caused by smoking
  2. Noise - In consideration of our neighbours, noise MUST be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. This includes no loud music or parties. In case of a security call out due to noise disruption, this fee will be deducted from your deposit. We are not the anti-fun police but we want you to have a great trip and our neighbours to have a good night's sleep
  3. No pets
  4. Please note check out is by 11am. We do ask that you respect the check-out time as it affects our ability to prepare the apartment for the next set of guests (£50 penalty charge per hour)
  5. When you are ready to vacate the property please wash up, bag and bin your rubbish, thank you
  6. This property should only be booked by a lead guest who is over the age of 21, we do not accept bookings from groups of people under this age. If in doubt please contact us before booking

Failure to adhere to any of these house rules will result in deductions being made from your deposit to cover any additional costs for cleaning and damage caused.

Damages deposit

My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £50.00, which covers you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.

Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £500.00, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit of £500.00 on the day before check-in. Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
