Welcome to Grafton Copper, a stylish city apartment set in the heart of Brighton’s lively Kemptown. Sleeping up to 4 guests, this contemporary home offers the perfect base for exploring everything the city has to offer. Just a short stroll from the Lanes with its boutique shops, cafés, cinemas, and pubs – and only minutes from Brighton Pier and beach – this apartment puts you at the centre of it all. The apartment occupies the entire third floor of the property and is designed with modern Scandinavian décor, featuring handmade wooden furniture and soft copper accents. Natural light fills the spacious living room, where you’ll find a sofa bed and a Smart TV so that you can stream your favourite channels on Netflix or Prime. The dining nook seats two, paired with a sleek, fully equipped kitchen complete with everything you need for home cooking. The front bedroom boasts a large en-suite bathroom and sea glimpses from the window, adding a unique touch to your stay. With a trundle bed available for flexible sleeping arrangements, this apartment is well-suited for couples, friends, professionals, or small families.

Bright apartment with spacious living areas and central location, this is the perfect place for couples, professionals or a family to get away.

KITCHEN / LIVING AREA /BEDROOM
The open plan living/kitchen area has a spacious open feel to it with a fully equipped kitchen and modern amenities like an oven, microwave, kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 2 guests. You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and sofa bed, not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV. There is a trundle bed with a king bed up top that sleeps 2, and the lower section that pulls out into a king-size bed, sleeps 2. We provide bath towels, hand towels and bath mats for guests to use during their stay.

BATHROOM
- The large bathroom has a shower over the bath, sink, mirror and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.

Set in Kemptown’s colourful streets, the building houses five self-contained apartments with modern Scandinavian décor with homemade wooden furniture. Each modern is uniquely styled with light, airy interiors and contemporary touches. Whether you book one apartment or book all five apartments for your group, you’ll enjoy the same comfort, convenience, and prime location.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful flat in the perfect spot!

Our stay at Grafton Copper was fantastic! The apartment is full of character with its stylish Scandinavian décor and handmade wooden furniture, which makes it feel really special. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to Brighton Pier, the beach, and The Lanes for shopping and nightlife. The front bedroom was spacious with a lovely ensuite, and we really appreciated the sea glimpses from the window. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable, and having a Smart TV with Wi-Fi made evenings cosy. A perfect city base – we’d definitely come back!

House Rules – Making Your Stay (and Everyone Else’s) Enjoyable

We want you to have a brilliant stay with us! To help make that happen – and out of respect for our neighbours and the property – we kindly ask that you follow these simple house rules:

• Smoking

Smoking or vaping isn't allowed indoors. If you’d like to smoke, please use the outdoor patio (if available) and kindly dispose of any cigarette ends or related debris responsibly.

• Noise

To keep things peaceful for our neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. That means no loud music or parties during these hours.
We’re not the anti-fun police – we want you to have a great time – we just ask for a bit of consideration so everyone can enjoy their evening (and a good night’s sleep!).
Please note: If there’s a call-out due to excessive noise, the cost will be deducted from your deposit.

• Pets - This property is not pet-friendly. No Pets are allowed.

• Check-Out Time - Check-out is by 11 am. We kindly ask that you leave on time so we can get everything ready for the next guests. Late check-outs may incur a £50 per hour fee.

• Before You Leave - Before heading off, we’d appreciate it if you could:
• Do any washing up
• Bag up your rubbish and place it in the appropriate bins
• Return keys to the key safe
• Switch off all lights
• Make sure all windows are closed
• Turn down the heating (especially during the winter months)

Not only does this help us prepare for the next guests, but it also helps us do our bit for the environment by saving energy and reducing waste. Every little bit counts – thank you!

• Age Policy

The lead guest must be 21 or over. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept bookings from groups where the majority of guests are under this age. If you’re unsure, just get in touch with us before booking.

• A Quick Note on Deposits

If any house rules aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!
