KITCHEN/LIVING AREA
Gather at the dining table for six, or cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and Hotpoint gas hob (ignition by switch), plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. Complimentary tea, coffee, salt, and pepper are also provided, so please help yourself. You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and two double sofa beds not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie; we provide free Wifi for streaming all your favourite shows through Prime or Netflix.

  • The living area has two double sofa beds, each sleeping 2

  • Excellent Transport Links – regular bus services take you directly into Brighton city centre, while Hove Station is less than a 15-minute walk away, offering quick access to Gatwick Airport and London

  • There is an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer for guests to use
  • Late check-out fee - £50+VAT per half hour unless a late check-out has been agreed upon in advance
  • Travel Cot or High Chair fee £50.00 - only on request
  • Not returning keys to key safe £200+VAT
  • This property is pet-friendly. A £95 pet cleaning fee applies per stay
  • This accommodation has 3 floors with stairs and may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility. There is a flight of stairs to the internal front door of the maisonette, with stairs leading between the levels of the home

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant Location!
We had a fantastic stay at this spacious Hove House. The location is unbeatable- right on Church Road, with Cafes, Shops, and restaurants just outside, and the beach only a short walk away. The apartment was bright and clean, spread across three levels, which gave our group plenty of room to spread out. Highly recommend for families or groups visiting.

House Rules – Making Your Stay (and Everyone Else’s) Enjoyable

We want you to have a brilliant stay with us! To help make that happen – and out of respect for our neighbours and the property – we kindly ask that you follow these simple house rules:

  • Smoking

Smoking or vaping isn't allowed indoors. If you’d like to smoke, please use the outdoor patio (if available) and kindly dispose of any cigarette ends or related debris responsibly.

  • Noise

To keep things peaceful for our neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. That means no loud music or parties during these hours.
We’re not the anti-fun police – we want you to have a great time – we just ask for a bit of consideration so everyone can enjoy their evening (and a good night’s sleep!).
Please note: If there’s a call-out due to excessive noise, the cost will be deducted from your deposit.

  • Pets - This property is pet friendly, a £95 pet cleaning fee per stay will apply.. If you are travelling with one, please let us know in advance so we can guide you through this process.
  • Check-Out Time - Check-out is by 11 am. We kindly ask that you leave on time so we can get everything ready for the next guests. Late check-outs may incur a £50 per hour fee.
  • Before You Leave - Before heading off, we’d appreciate it if you could:
  • Do any washing up
  • Bag up your rubbish and place it in the appropriate bins
  • Return keys to the key safe
  • Switch off all lights
  • Make sure all windows are closed
  • Turn down the heating (especially during the winter months)

Not only does this help us prepare for the next guests, but it also helps us do our bit for the environment by saving energy and reducing waste. Every little bit counts – thank you!

  • Age Policy

The lead guest must be 21 or over. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept bookings from groups where the majority of guests are under this age. If you’re unsure, just get in touch with us before booking.

  • A Quick Note on Deposits

If any house rules aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!

Damages deposit

My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £30.00, which covers you for up to £300.00 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.

Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £300.00, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit of £300.00 on the day before check-in. Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
