The kitchen and dining area have tonnes of natural light pouring in from the conservatory, which opens onto a lovely, sunny garden. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, washer/dryer, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody on the breakfast bar. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 4 guests.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, oven and everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay, including cookware, crockery, glassware and cutlery. The dining table comfortably seats up to four guests, making it the perfect spot for family breakfasts, relaxed lunches or planning the day's adventures. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Peaceful Garden Escape with Space to Relax
We had a wonderful stay. The house was bright, comfortable and exceptionally well equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Located in a quiet residential area, it offered the perfect balance of peace and convenience, with easy access to Horsham town centre and the surrounding Sussex countryside. We particularly enjoyed the sunny garden and spacious kitchen-diner, which made spending time together easy and enjoyable. The free parking was a real bonus too. A fantastic home away from home, and we would happily stay again.

The property was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and incredibly well equipped. The spacious kitchen and dining area had everything we needed, while the comfortable lounge was perfect for relaxing together in the evenings and the private parking space was a huge bonus in such a central location. A spacious, comfortable home with everything needed for a memorable stay.

Our Guest Promise

We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!
Check-In

We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.
Damage Deposit

We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.
Smoking

To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.
Noise

To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!)

Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.

This Property is pet-friendly. An additional £95 after pet stay, hypoallergenic cleaning fee applies per stay. Please notify us in advance what type of pet you are travelling with, so arrangements can be made.

A maximum of 1 dog is allowed unless prior permission has been granted.

Dogs are not permitted on beds or furniture to keep the home clean for everyone.

Only housetrained dogs are accepted (no puppies).

Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee.

A Quick Note on Deposits and Property Care

If any of the above guidelines aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!

My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £30.00, which covers you for up to £300.00 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.
Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £300.00, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit of £300.00 on the day before check-in. Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
