KITCHEN / LIVING AREA

The bright and comfortable living area provides the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Brighton. With comfortable seating, a Smart TV and free WiFi, you can unwind by streaming your favourite shows using your own Netflix or Prime account. A double sofa bed also provides additional sleeping space for up to two guests. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay, including a washing machine, hob, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and all essential cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a relaxed group brunch. Complimentary tea and coffee, along with salt and pepper, are provided, so please help yourself.

Within a five-minute walk, you'll reach Brighton Palace Pier, the beach and the city's vibrant promenade. At the same time, nearby The Lanes and North Laine offer an excellent choice of independent shops, cafés, restaurants, pubs and entertainment. The apartment is also ideally located for guests travelling for work, with Brighton Railway Station and excellent public transport links providing easy access across the city and beyond. Whether you're here for sightseeing, business or simply relaxing by the sea, Seaside Haven offers an excellent base for your stay.

Our Guest Promise

• We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!

Check-In

• We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.

Damage Deposit

• We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.

Smoking

• To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.

Noise

• To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!)

• Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.

• Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee.

Pets

• This property is not pet-friendly.

Check-Out

• Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee.

• Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please:

• Wash up the used dishes.

• Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins.

• Return keys to the key safe.

• Switch off the lights.

• Close all windows.

• Turn down the heating.

• These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts.

Age Policy

• The lead guest must be 21 or over. We cannot accept bookings where the majority of guests are under this age. If unsure, please contact us before booking please.

A Quick Note on Deposits and Property Care

• If any of the above guidelines aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!
