The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, microwave, kettle and all essential cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a relaxed group brunch. Complimentary tea and coffee, along with salt and pepper, so please help yourself. A dining table seating up to 4 guests with an additional table seating which can be used as a work station or seating for an additional 4 guests, makes shared meals easy and sociable, while the light-filled living space features a Smart TV and a double sofa bed in the living area (not made up as a bed), offering a comfortable spot to relax, enjoy a drink, or stream your favourite shows through the Free wifi provided by logging into your own netflex or prime account (log in with your own details).

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An excellent location just moments from the beach. The apartment was spacious, beautifully presented and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved walking along Hove Lawns into Brighton and enjoying all the cafés and restaurants nearby. We'd definitely return.

Our Guest Promise

We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!
Check-In

We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.
Damage Deposit

We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.
Smoking

To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.
Noise

To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!)

Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.

My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £50.00, which covers you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.
Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £500.00, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit of £500.00 on the day before check-in. Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
