Woodlands View 2 is a fully furnished two-bedroom apartment in Brighton's Coldean and Stanmer area, sleeping up to five guests. With a generous open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, private balcony overlooking woodland and free on-street parking for one vehicle, it is ideal for families, couples, small groups and guests visiting Brighton or the American Express Stadium. The open-plan living space provides plenty of room to relax and dine together, with a TV and direct access to the balcony. Bedroom one has a double bed, while bedroom two features a small double bed. A sofa bed is also available in the living area, although it is not made up as standard, keeping the space open when not required.

Close to Wild Park Local Nature Reserve and the Amex Stadium, Woodlands View 2 offers a quieter Brighton setting with convenient access to the city, the surrounding countryside, and the South Downs.

The open-plan living space provides a comfortable area for relaxing, preparing meals and dining together. A Smart TV and free Wi-Fi are available, with guests able to access Netflix and Prime using their own accounts. The balcony adds a pleasant outdoor space with views towards the woodland. The kitchen includes an electric hob, microwave, dishwasher and cafetière, while the washing machine and tumble dryer make the apartment well suited to longer stays as well as short Brighton visits.

With its woodland outlook and easy access to both Brighton and the South Downs, the area is ideal for guests who want to enjoy the city without staying right in the middle of the busiest areas.

Our Guest Promise

We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!

Check-In

We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.

Damage Deposit

We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.

Smoking

To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.

Noise

To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!)

Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.

Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee.

Check-Out

Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee.

Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please:

Close all windows.

Turn down the heating.

Age Policy

The lead guest must be 21 or over. We cannot accept bookings where the majority of guests are under this age. If unsure, please contact us before booking please.

A Quick Note on Deposits and Property Care

If any of the above guidelines aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!
