The apartment features a bright, open-plan living, kitchen and dining space, with a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi and a comfortable lounge area where you can relax after a day in the city. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and cafetière, while the small dining nook provides a handy spot to enjoy breakfast or a meal together. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining space provides a comfortable place to unwind after exploring Brighton. The lounge features a Smart TV, with free Wi-Fi available for streaming your favourite shows. Simply log in using your own streaming account. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and cafetière, giving you the essentials for preparing meals and enjoying a relaxed breakfast before heading out. A small dining nook offers a convenient spot to sit down and eat. With the kitchen and living space together, it’s easy to enjoy a quiet evening between days exploring the city.

Station Stay is in Seven Dials, a popular Brighton neighbourhood known for its independent cafés, bakeries and local shops. It’s a great area for picking up a morning coffee, finding fresh bread or enjoying a bite to eat close to home. Brighton’s North Laine is within walking distance, with its independent boutiques, vintage shops, colourful street art and quirky cafés. For a wider choice of high-street shops, head to Churchill Square. The Royal Pavilion, Brighton Dome, Theatre Royal and historic Lanes offer plenty to discover for visitors interested in culture, architecture and shopping. When you fancy some fresh sea air, make your way down to Brighton Beach and Palace Pier for a classic seaside experience. With Brighton Railway Station nearby, Station Stay is particularly convenient for guests arriving by train and those keen to explore the city on foot.

Our Guest Promise

• We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!

Check-In

• We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.

Damage Deposit

• We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.

Smoking

• To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.

Noise

• To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!)

• Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.

• Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee.

Pets

• This Property is pet-friendly. An additional £95 after pet stay, hypoallergenic cleaning fee applies per stay. Please notify us in advance what type of pet you are travelling with, so arrangements can be made.

• A maximum of 1 dog is allowed unless prior permission has been granted.

• Dogs are not permitted on beds or furniture to keep the home clean for everyone.

• Only housetrained dogs are accepted (no puppies).

• Dogs must not be left unattended in the house.

• Please clean up after your pets.

Check-Out

• Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee.

• Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please:

• Wash up the used dishes.

• Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins.

• Return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location.

• Switch off the lights.

• Close all windows.

• Turn down the heating.

• These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts.

Age Policy

• The lead guest must be 21 or over. We cannot accept bookings where the majority of guests are under this age. If unsure, please contact us before booking please.

A Quick Note on Deposits and Property Care

• If any of the above guidelines aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!
