First Floor
On the first floor, you land in the open plan living room, kitchen, diner, with large period windows to let the sunshine stream in. This room contains a sofa bed, coffee table, and a flat screen wall-mounted 42'' TV. Guests can enjoy high-speed WiFi and a fully-equipped kitchen where you really can treat it as a home away from home. Also on this floor, you will find the family bathroom with fresh towels for each guest.
Second Floor
Back to the spiral staircase and up to the second floor, which homes two double bedrooms.
The first bedroom contains two single beds that can also be made up as a large 'zip and link' double bed plus a single bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom two also has two comfortable single beds that can be made up as a 'zip and link' large double bed. Velux window and blackout blinds for a great night's sleep.
A great property for groups, family holidays and business travellers alike, sleeping up to 6 guests.

Parking
The property comes with one free parking space (4.70m long (to the curb) and 2.24m wide). Vans are not allowed in the car park. However, there are Several car parks located within a few minutes' walk of the property - all with varying rates. We recommend using Trafalgar Street Car Park, which is not only the closest but also the most secure.
Due to the spiral staircase case, this property is not wheelchair or limited mobility accessible and not recommended for toddlers or young children under 4 years old. It is not suitable for large stag parties due to the quiet residential location.

Our Guest Promise

We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!
Check-In

We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.
Damage Deposit

We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.
Smoking

To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.
Noise

To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!)

Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.

Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee.

A Quick Note on Deposits and Property Care

If any of the above guidelines aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!

My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £30.00, which covers you for up to £300.00 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.
Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £300.00, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit of £300.00 on the day before check-in. Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
