The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for cooking, including an oven, hob, washing machine, dryer, microwave and fridge freezer - all set in a wonderful traditional cottage theme. Perfect for dining and entertaining with ease during your stay. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself.

- Ground Floor: Bedroom 1: Features a standard double bed with stunning bi-fold full-height doors overlooking the mews, opening up the space to let natural light flood in and create a seamless indoor-outdoor feel, perfect for a bright and airy stay. Sleeps 2.
- Second Floor: Bedroom 2: 2 single beds that can also be made into a queen-size bed upon request. Sleeps 2.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pebble Mews! The location was fantastic — just a short walk to the seafront and Brighton’s vibrant city centre, so exploring cafés, bars and the beach couldn’t have been easier. The house was super clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our group of eight, featuring three double bedrooms and a large, sociable living area with a smart TV and sofas perfect for chilling after a busy day. Having free parking right outside the door for one small car was such a bonus in this central spot, and the fully equipped kitchen made meals feel effortless. It truly was a perfect base for our Brighton getaway.

The house was as described, great location for the beach, Pier Marina and town centre, it was easy to find and get in. The kitchen had all we needed for a short stay with a large dining table on the middle floor.

Lovely place for a short getaway! My friends and I felt very at home here, bedrooms all a great size, very comfortable beds, spare pillows and sheets provided. Open and sociable living area. Great location, city centre easily walkable, saved money on buses and taxis. Also, all the neighbours that we met were extremely friendly!

Our Guest Promise

We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!
Check-In

We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.
Damage Deposit

We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.
Smoking

To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.
Noise

To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!)

Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.

A Quick Note on Deposits and Property Care

My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £50.00, which covers you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.
Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £500.00, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit of £500.00 on the day before check-in. Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
