Central Pier Place is just a few seconds walk away from the famous Brighton's Palace Pier and the beach. The house has five bedrooms and two shower rooms, its contemporary and cool, with stylish bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The house offers a great deal of space sleeping from 4 to 16 guests with super fast wifi. The location is perfect for groups of friends and families because everything Brighton has to offer is literally on your doorstep!
On the ground floor through the entrance hall there is a large living room. There are two sofas which are also sofa beds and a cube seat which is also a bed. There is a wall mounted tv. Also on this floor is a shower room.
Lower Ground Floor
On the lower ground floor is a spacious kitchen which leads into a dining area. The kitchen has everything you need to self cater and also has dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area has a large table that seats 10 to 12 people and a wall mounted TV.
On the first floor there are two gorgeous shower rooms and a bedroom which has a triple bunk and a bunk bed. This room sleeps five people. There is also a shower room on this floor.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms. A twin room and a room with three single beds. Please note all the beds are zip and link hotel standard so can be configured as doubles if you prefer. Please specify at the time of booking if you need double beds.
On the third floor there is a single room which also has a cube bed so two people can sleep here. The cube bed can easily be moved if you prefer for it to be in a different room. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and another cube. Again, the beds can be made as a double if you prefer as they are zip and link beds.
- All beds are made up for your arrival with all linen, bedding and towels provided, sufficient for the number of guests in your group.
Please note there are quite a few stairs so if mobility is a problem the house may not suit. The bathrooms are on the first floor and ground floor.

We really want you to enjoy your stay with us and in order to make sure that you do and for the sake of other residents, we ask you to respect the house rules and agree to follow all current goverment guidance regarding COVID-19.
1. No smoking inside the property, If you wish to smoke, please go outside on to the street. Any additional cleaning charges caused by smoking in the house will be deducted from your deposit.
2. No music or loud TV after 10pm & before 8am.
3. No outdoor shoes to be worn inside.
4. No pets
5. Check out time is 11am latest, please ensure you have vacated by this time.
6. No use of glitter, confetti or spray tanning in the property, please. Additional cleaning costs will be deducted from your deposit to cover extra cleaning costs if we find evidence of use.
7, When you are ready to vacate the apartment please wash up, bag and bin your rubbish and take with you for disposal.
Failure to adhere to any of these house rules will result in deductions being made from your deposit to cover any additional costs for cleaning and damage caused.
This property requires you to pay a deposit of £500.00 on booking. This acts as a Booking Deposit until you enter the accommodation at which point it becomes your refundable Damage Deposit for the property.
If no deductions are to be made for damages/cleaning we aim to return the damage deposit to you 7 days after departure from the accommodation.
