KITCHEN / LIVING AREA
The living area has a ton of natural daylight pouring in and the fully equipped kitchen has a hob, oven, and kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everyone in your group. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and double sofa bed not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.

• The bathroom has a shower over the bath, a sink, a mirror and a toilet.
• We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.

• This is a double bedroom. with fresh bed linen.

• There is an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer for guests to use
• Late check-out fee - £ 50+vat per half hour unless a late check-out has been agreed upon in advance
• Travel Cot or High Chair fee £50.00 - only on request
• Not returning keys to key safe/Keynest £ 200+vat
• A £95 pet fee applies per stay. Please notify us in advance, as not all properties allow pets, and only some properties allow pets on request.

We had the most wonderful stay at Castle Cottage! The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Arundel, just a short walk to the castle, cathedral, and lovely independent shops. The cottage itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The superfast WiFi and Smart TV were great for relaxing in the evenings, and the bath with a shower over was perfect after a day of exploring. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfy, making it ideal for our small group. Would absolutely stay again – a true hidden gem! ❤️

We want you to enjoy your stay with us and to make sure that you do and for the sake of other residents, we ask you to respect our house rules:

1. No smoking inside the property. If you wish to smoke, please go outside on to the street and clean up any debris that is caused by smoking
2. Noise - In consideration of our neighbours, noise MUST be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. This includes no loud music or parties. In case of a security call out due to noise disruption, this fee will be deducted from your deposit. We are not the anti-fun police, but we want you to have a great trip and our neighbours to have a good night's sleep.
3. No pets
4. Please note check out is by 11am. We do ask that you respect the check-out time as it affects our ability to prepare the apartment for the next set of guests (£50 penalty charge per hour).
5. When you are ready to vacate the property, please wash up, bag and bin your rubbish. Thank you.
6. This property should only be booked by a lead guest who is over the age of 21, we do not accept bookings from groups of people under this age. If in doubt, please contact us before booking.

Failure to adhere to any of these house rules will result in deductions being made from your deposit to cover any additional costs for cleaning and damage caused.
