Welcome to Buzzing Brighton, a collection of six stylish, self-contained city apartments in a fantastic central Brighton location. Just a one-minute walk from the North Laine and Brighton city centre, you are perfectly placed to explore the city's independent shops, cafés, restaurants and attractions.

Together, the six apartments can accommodate up to 36 guests, making this an excellent choice for large families, groups of friends, corporate stays, and working professionals travelling together. Each apartment is private and self-contained, and the apartments are located within the same building, making it easy for larger groups to stay together while still having their own space.

Each apartment offers comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a welcoming living area with Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. Zip-and-link beds provide flexible sleeping arrangements, with selected beds able to be arranged as either twins or doubles on request. Fresh bed linen, bedding, and towels are provided for your arrival.

Brighton Beach and the famous Brighton Palace Pier are also within easy walking distance, giving you the perfect base for enjoying everything this vibrant seaside city has to offer.

Location Notice: As the property is in a popular public area, some noise from the surrounding neighbourhood, traffic, or local activity may be heard.

ABOUT THE AREA

Buzzing Brighton is ideally located in the heart of Brighton, just a one-minute walk from the colourful North Laine and city centre. This puts you close to independent shops, cafés, restaurants, the Royal Pavilion and The Lanes, with Brighton Beach and Palace Pier also within easy walking distance. The excellent central location makes it easy to explore Brighton on foot, while nearby transport links provide convenient access to Hove, the wider Sussex coastline and surrounding areas. With six apartments within the same building, it is an ideal base for larger groups wanting to stay together while enjoying their own private accommodation.

• Keys not returned to the key safe, £200 + VAT

Our Guest Promise

• We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!

Check-In

• We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.

Damage Deposit

• We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.

Smoking

• To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.

Noise

• To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!)

• Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.

• Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee.

Pets

• This property is not pet-friendly.

Check-Out

• Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee.

• Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please:

• Wash up the used dishes.

• Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins.

• Return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location.

• Switch off the lights.

• Close all windows.

• Turn down the heating.

• These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts.

Age Policy

• The lead guest must be 21 or over. We cannot accept bookings where the majority of guests are under this age. If unsure, please contact us before booking please.

A Quick Note on Deposits and Property Care

• If any of the above guidelines aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!
