LIVING AREA
Overlooking a serene regency square, the living area has tonnes of natural daylight. With blues and greens and coastal themes, including furnishings by the Vintage Sofa Company, you'll find the sociable and light living room a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the Smart TV.
KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge with small freezer, kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery, so you can easily cook up a brunch, lunch or dinner for everybody. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 4 guests.
BEDROOMS
- There are two bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.
- Bedroom 1 ensuite, double bed, sleeps 2.
- Bedroom 2 zip and link beds, set up as 2 singles but can be made into a double on request, sleeps 2.
BATHROOM
- The main bathroom has a shower, sink, LED mirror and toilet.
- The apartment also features an extra separate toilet with sink and a shower room with sink.
Exciting News: The Exterior of the building is undergoing a small refurbishment. Please note that from 2nd June, scaffolding will be erected along the side wall and in the central vestibule area of the building as part of essential maintenance. All guest areas will remain accessible and operational throughout. Your stay won't be affected, but you may notice some activity during daytime hours. We appreciate your patience during this time, and thank you for your understanding.

Our Guest Promise

We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!
Check-In

We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.
Damage Deposit

We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.
Smoking

To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.
Noise

To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!)

Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.

Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee.

A Quick Note on Deposits and Property Care

If any of the above guidelines aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!

My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £30.00, which covers you for up to £300.00 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.
Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £300.00, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit of £300.00 on the day before check-in. Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
