KITCHEN / LIVING AREA
The living area has a ton of natural daylight pouring in, and the fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, hob oven, kettle plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 4 guests. You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and a sofa, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.

BATHROOM
- The bathroom has a shower, sink, mirror and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.

GARDEN AND PARKING

Enjoy the convenience of private off-street parking—ideal for two small cars or one large van. Leading outside from the kitchen, a peaceful garden with outdoor furniture offers the perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or unwind in the evening after a day exploring Brighton or working locally

  • Late check-out fee - £ 50+vat per half hour unless a late check-out has been agreed upon in advance

We want you to enjoy your stay with us, and to make sure that you do and for the sake of other residents, we ask you to respect the house rules:

  1. No smoking inside the property. If you wish to smoke, please use the patio and clean up any debris caused by smoking
  2. Noise - In consideration of our neighbours, noise MUST be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. This includes no loud music or parties. In case of a security call-out due to noise disruption, this fee will be deducted from your deposit. We are not the anti-fun police, but we want you to have a great trip and our neighbours to have a good night's sleep
  3. No pets are allowed at this property.
  4. A £95 pet fee applies per stay. Please notify us in advance, as not all properties allow pets and some properties allow them on request.
  5. Please note that check out is by 11 am. We do ask that you respect the check-out time as it affects our ability to prepare the apartment for the next set of guests (£50 penalty charge per hour)
  6. When you are ready to vacate the property, please wash up, bag and bin your rubbish.
  7. This property should only be booked by a lead guest who is over the age of 21, we do not accept bookings from groups of people under this age. If in doubt, please contact us before booking
  8. Failure to adhere to any of these house rules will result in deductions being made from your deposit to cover any additional costs for cleaning and damage caused.
Damages deposit

My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £30.00, which covers you for up to £300.00 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.

Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £300.00, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit of £300.00 on the day before check-in. Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
